How To Spotlight a Listing?
Step-by-Step guide for agents to book Spotlight via AgentNet
Booking of Spotlight is self serve via AgentNet (both Web and App) and uses Ad Credits instead of upfront payment.
For a successful Spotlight booking, your listing has to have a quality score of 95% or higher and a completed Headline with the property’s unique selling point.
Each Spotlight booking is valid for 7 days.
How to Spotlight your listing via AgentNet - Web :

Login to AgentNet (Web), go to ‘My Listings’, and select your listing you wish to Spotlight, and click on 'Spotlight'. The amount of Ad Credit required will be displayed next to your selected listing.
2. If your listing meets the requirements of Spotlight, you see the end date and total number of Ad Credits required to Spotlight the listing.
3. If your listing does not meet the requirements of Spotlight, you will see this message that prompts you to edit your listing.
4. When you have made a successful Spotlight booking, the Spotlight icon next to your listing turns blue. The end date of your Spotlight booking will also be shown. Your Spotlighted listing will be ready to outshine the rest for 7 days.
How to Spotlight your listing via AgentNet - App :

Login to AgentNet (App), go to ‘Active Listings’, and select the listing you wish to Spotlight. Then, click the Spotlight icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. If your listing meets the requirements of Spotlight, you will see the end date and the total number of Ad Credits required to Spotlight the listing. Click Spotlight Now.
3. If your listing does not meet the requirements of Spotlight, you will see this message that prompts you to edit your listing.
4. Upon a successful Spotlight booking, you will be able to view your Spotlight listing details under ‘Active Tools’ in your listing summary.
5. Once your listing is Spotlighted, you have the option to activate Auto-Spotlight by swiping the ‘Off’ button to the right, to turn it ‘On’. A pop-up will appear to confirm that you would like to activate Auto-Spotlight.
6. Upon successful activation of Auto-Spotlight, it will be shown under Active Tools, along with the date your listing will be next renewed on.
7. To turn off Auto-Spotlight, simply swipe the “On” button to the left, to turn it “Off”. A pop-up will appear to confirm that you would like to turn off Auto-Spotlight.

The amount of Ad Credits needed to Spotlight a listings for ‘new’ or ‘repost’ for both ‘sale’ and ‘rent’ (Residential & Commercial Listing) will be calculated by Dynamic Pricing which takes into account competition and listing supply by property type, location and project.
This means that the Ad Credits required changes with market conditions, to deliver maximum value for each listing.

Can I schedule when I want to Spotlight a listing?
No, you are unable to schedule a start date for your Spotlight listing. Your listing will be Spotlighted right away, once you have activated this feature. However you will be able to activate “Auto-Spotlight” which allows your listing to be automatically re-Spotlighted every 7 days, till you uncheck it.
Is there a maximum of Spotlight listing on each search results page?
No
How much does it cost to spotlight a listing?
Each Spotlight’s duration is 7 days and it is activated using Ad Credits.
The amount of Ad Credits required to Spotlight a listing is indicated in the “Spotlight Now” button, before you activate your booking.
If I choose to Spotlight my listing today, when will it be Spotlighted?
It will be Spotlighted immediately and will end at 2359:59 hrs of the 7th day. Tip: To maximise your Spotlight booking, do it at the start of the day.
Can I use Auto-Repost to repost my Spotlight listing?
Yes, Auto-Repost can be used to repost your Spotlight listing. It does not matter if you choose to Spotlight or set your Auto-Repost schedule for your listing first.
However, please note that Auto-Repost cannot be used to extend or renew your Spotlight listing.
How do I know when would my Spotlight duration ends? Do I get a notification via email or SMS?
When your listing is Spotlighted successfully, the Spotlight icon next to your listing turns red. The start and end date of your Spotlight booking will also be shown.
This view is available when you logged in to AgentNet via desktop or mobile web.
How can I extend my Spotlight booking?
You are able to Spotlight your listing for multiple weeks. You will be able to activate “Auto-Spotlight” when you go through the Spotlight booking flow. Refer to “How to Spotlight a listing?” for step by step guide.
Can I cancel a listing that is Spotlighted? Do I get a refund if the listing I had Spotlighted is sold/rented before my Spotlight duration is over?
You are not able to cancel your Spotlight listing once it is activated. No refunds will be made if you have sold / rented / deactivated your listing before your Spotlight duration starts or is over.
You will have the option to cancel “Auto-Spotlight” from your listing management page.
If my Spotlight listing is suspended before my Spotlight booking ends, do I get a refund of the Ad Credits?
No, you will not get a refund for the suspended Spotlight listing, but if your listing resumes before the end date of your Spotlight booking, it will be Spotlighted till its end date.
