Revamping of Our Facility Lists and Locations Database

What You Need to Know

As part of Partner360’s commitment to providing you with the best tools in the industry, starting 22 August 2024, a comprehensive revamp of our facility options and locations database will take place to provide more accurate and up-to-date property information and location data. This update aims to enhance listing experiences and a more cohesive consumer property-seeking experience. 

Scope of Changes

  1. Enhanced Location Accuracy:

    More accurate location data moving forward, including an increase in high-rise property locations. The 'Other' category for states, cities, and townships will be removed to improve location precision.
  2. Facility List Consolidation:

    Facility lists will be consolidated and updated to make them more intuitive. For example, 'Laundry' will be listed as 'Launderette' and 'Retail stores' will be listed as 'Mini-mart.'
  3. Updated Township/City/State Information:

    Some cities will be renamed or recategorised. For instance, 'Seri Gading' will now be 'Sri Gading,' and 'Pudu' will be reclassified from a city to a township.
  4. Addition of New Projects and Locations: 

    New projects and locations will be added ensuring that you have the most current information at your fingertips. 

 
Impact on Your Featured Agent  

  1. Automatic updates to location and facility information on all listings. There will be cases where your listing will be shuffled between townships or districts.
  2. If a location is unidentifiable, it will automatically be removed on 22 August 2024.
  3. If a township, city and/or condo is merged into one, for example, if an agent is FA for Township A and City B, this agent cannot have two FAs in the same place, therefore one will be removed. In such cases, a refund of credits will take place.

Impact on Property Listings

  1. Automatic updates to location and facility information on all listings. 
  2. If a location is unidentifiable, it will remain until it expires, in such cases reposting is unavailable.

How to Prepare

  1. Check-in with your Account Manager if you are unsure of the scope of changes. 
  2. Check the location list provided below, to identify if your intended location is impacted, and adjust the duration of your listing(s) accordingly.
