To ensure we continue to add value to our agent partners, periodical reviews of our agent packages are necessary to ensure that they continue to serve your business needs in all market conditions.
Will there be further price revisions in the future? If so, how often?As part of our commitment to offer agent partners greater value and returns, as well as continue to evolve our platform to meet the ever-changing market sentiment and consumer demand, we regularly review our pricing structure.
As a result of our most recent review, updated all-access packages will be effective 1 November 2024.
PropertyGuru and iProperty are from the same parent company, PropertyGuru Group. Is PropertyGuru Group monopolizing the market since both brands are Malaysia’s leading property platforms?Annual or routine price revisions and/updates are a common practice in all industries, to be aligned with inflation. Therefore, PropertyGuru Group is not monopolizing the market with our periodic price revisions and/or updates.

When will the updated agent packages, prices and entitlements take effect?The new All-Access Agent Packages on both PropertyGuru and iProperty will take effect on 1 November 2024, 00:00hrs.
What are the differences between the old packages and the new?Our new All-Access Packages have been reviewed and carefully curated to cater to agents at all stages of their real estate career and offer a wider reach to audiences across both platforms. You will see differences between the old and new packages such as the access to PropertyGuru/iProperty platform, package entitlements, components and introduction of new tools that empower you to succeed.
What are the differences between the PropertyGuru (Core, Pro, Max) and iProperty (iCore, iPro, iMax) packages to the Plus All-Access packages (Lite+, Duo+, Max+)?The PropertyGuru and iProperty Plus (+) packages offer better value in terms of discretionary entitlements, platform tools and features access compared to the PropertyGuru and iProperty packages. You may reach out to your account manager to learn more about our packages.
Why do I need dual platform access?We strongly believe agents need dual platform access to effectively reach both mass-market and premium property seekers, allowing you to maximize lead opportunities across diverse demographics. By leveraging PropertyGuru's appeal to everyday buyers and iProperty's focus on affluent, luxury, and commercial clients, agents now will be able to cover the extensive spectrum of property segments and strategize your business strategies more efficiently. This access also enables you to utilize platform-specific tools and insights, driving success in both volume-driven and high-margin transactions.
I only want to use PropertyGuru/iProperty alone, can I opt out of the access to PropertyGuru/ iProperty and discount the price off my package?Our updated all-access packages come with access to both PropertyGuru and iProperty platforms, we are not able to remove it from your package nor discount the price off any of the packages. The access to PropertyGuru/iProperty that is provided enables you to list on both PropertyGuru and iProperty to maximize your listing reach and lead generation efforts.
What are the differences between PropertyGuru and iProperty?Each site is distinct in terms of its consumer traffic and preference, and it cannot be an apple-to-apple comparison between both brands.
