We looked at search volumes across the week between 1 December 2020 – 2 January 2021.   

Days in the week

Interestingly, search volume peaked on Tuesdaysfollowed by Wednesdays and Saturdays respectively. Sundays and Mondays recorded the lowest search volume, while Thursdays and Fridays showed medium level of search volume.

This time around, 4PM-7PM happens to be the most popular time of the day with the highest number of property seekers, followed by 8PM to 11PM.

Now that you know what day and time to optimize your listings, let’s look at areas that attract the most search volume.
