Terms & Conditions  

• By entering this campaign, you accept, agree and are bound by PropertyGuru International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd’s (“PropertyGuru Malaysia”) and iProperty.com Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“iProperty Malaysia”) Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out below: 

Eligibility: 

• To enter, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Malaysia. 
• Only customers with an active subscription under PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia during the campaign period shall be eligible to take part in this campaign. 
• PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia employees and employees of any related companies (including their immediate families) are not eligible to take part in this campaign. Immediate family shall mean current or former spouse, child, parent or grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, or cousin. 
• You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy (available at https://www.propertyguru.com.my/privacy, https://www.iproperty.com.my/privacy-policy/). You consent to PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia may contact you to verify your identity, age or place of residence to confirm your eligibility to enter this campaign. 
• PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia reserve the right to reject your entry / disqualify you from this campaign if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions or have compromised the fair conduct of this promotion by acting unlawfully or improperly. Any entry submitted outside the campaign period (set out below) will be deemed invalid. 

Campaign Period & Details: 

• This campaign starts on 18 September 2023 at 00:00 hrs and ends on 17 October 2023 at 23:59 hrs (“Campaign Period”). 
• For your entry to be valid, please ensure that all submissions and necessary actions are done within the Campaign Period. 
• The first 1,000 participants who successfully answer all quiz questions correctly and fulfill the eligibility criteria will each receive a maximum of ONE (1) RM50 Touch N Go Voucher (“Reward”).  

Winner Selection: 

• The winners will be contacted via WhatsApp within 2 weeks after the campaign closure date on 17 October 2023. 
• PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia reserve the right to disqualify any winner who fails to meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the Terms and select an alternate winner in such cases. 
• PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia reserve the right to change or replace the winner’s entitlement at its discretion without notice and will provide a substitute prize of equal value and/or specification. 
• The winner’s entitlement may require you to accept terms that apply to the use or supply of the prize (for example terms and conditions attaching to subscription products, supply of goods, event entry conditions, etc.).  We are not a party to or carry any liability in connection with, any third-party terms. 
• The decision of PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia in selecting the winners will be final and binding. 

Reward: 

• The Reward is not exchangeable for cash or any other PropertyGuru or iProperty products. 
• In the event that the specified reward item is unavailable, a suitable alternative item of equivalent value will be provided. 
• Please be advised that our acknowledgement of your gift acceptance is contingent upon the successful completion of the delivery process by our designated vendor. 
• Please note that for the Reward issued in voucher form, the expiry date and usage are subject to the terms and conditions established by the voucher supplier. 

Other terms: 

• These Terms refer to the time zone of Malaysia. 
• By participating in this campaign, participants agree to allow the use of their names, photographs, and/or other personal information for marketing promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation. 
• PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia collect your personal information to conduct the campaign and may, for this purpose, disclose your personal information to third parties, including but not limited to advertising clients, service providers and prize suppliers. Participation in the campaign is conditional on you providing us with your personal information. 
• PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia may need to suspend or cancel the campaign if become unable to conduct it as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control. PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia reserve the right at any time, to change or modify these Terms, such change shall be effective immediately upon publication and your continued participation in the campaign after such change(s) will constitute your acceptance of such the updated Terms. 

• Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the customer guarantees provided by applicable customer protection laws of Malaysia. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, PropertyGuru and iProperty Malaysia exclude all liability for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising in connection with the promotion.
